Baseball is one of the oldest foreign sports that has captured the hearts of Japanese fans and this watch pays tribute to the Nankai Hawks team that was very successful team in the 1970’s and currently the team is called Fukuoka Softbank Hawks.
So Casio have made a special homage model of the G-Shock DW6900 bringing back nostalgia for those who lived baseball in that era. The distinct dark green color is accented with Rasla like color of yellow and red with white detailing making this an interesting time piece. The NH logo is prominently placed on the top of the face and the back light LED flashes Hawks script logo in red once the button is pressed. On the band and the back casing features the NH logos accompanied by Hawks script logo as well as special packaging sporting the same detailing and colorways. via: Fieil
